Larstastnaras's true form is that of a slug-like [[Demon family|demoness]] with pink skin and a hideous visage. The remaining vestiges of her human disguise are her clothes: a purple brassiere and a skirt, covered by a longer brown cloth, and a long shawl worn on her head, both of which are decorated with multicoloured feathers. In her right hand, Larstastnaras still carries the same gnarled wooden staff she did, as well.

Although she gained incredible power, she lost her sense of self. Batzorig states that her actions are unforgivable, but ultimately decides to spare her. He allows her to leave on the condition that she go with Khoonbish, Batzorig's trusted [[mandrill]] companion. The two then leave the village and peace returns to the plains. In the postgame, Larstastnaras is mentioned as doing fine now.
