Enchanted stone has a 13% chance of being found in Rank 8 (B) blue treasure chests, can be received as a reward for completing Quest #060: That Makes Scents, or made in the Krak Pot.
One can be found in a treasure chest in the Plumbed Depths and another is dropped by Larstastnaras. In the postgame, enchanted stone can be found randomly in the fountain at the Quester's Rest at Stornway if the player's inn has been fully upgraded. It can be sold for 300 gold coins.

Enchanted stone is used as a material for crafting weapons and armour. It can be found randomly in red or black treasure chests, can be received as a reward for quests, or dropped rarely by various monsters, such as Abracadabradors, Bad karmours, Hellions, Living statues, and Treefaces.

Enchanted stone can be found in treasure chests at the Emerald Coast, Northern Champs Sauvage, L'Académie de Notre Maitre des Médailles, the Other Side, the Zwaardsrust Region*, and the First Forest, or picked up from sparkly spots in the upper part of Nautica, Mount Pang Lai, and the Hotto Steppe* during the second and third acts. It can also be dropped by Very devils and Infanticores, along with their vicious and malicious counterparts respectively. It can be sold for 300 gold.
Enchanted stone is used in the following recipes for the Fun-Size Forge:
- Recipe: Papillon pendant = Gold ore x2 + Faerie fluff + Enchanted stone
- Recipe: Prince's pea coat = Silkblossom x3 + Enchanted stone + Blue eye

The Enchanted stone is a key item related to the game's plotline, being the very embodiment of the life force found within the tree kingdoms that the player explores.
Dragon Quest Heroes: The World Tree's Woe and the Blight Below[edit | edit source]
Enchanted stone can be dropped by Living statues, Stone golems, and Stone guardians, exchanged for eight Mini medals from King Flaminio on the Stonecloud, or received as a reward for completing Grudge Match: Sinister Statue with gold clear time from the second time onward. Enchanted stone can be used to create Block-it lockets and the quick recipe for the Sorcerer's ring in the Alchemy Pot or sold for 1,050 gold.
Dragon Quest Heroes II[edit | edit source]
Enchanted stone is used as a material for improving various accessories and can be sold for 300 gold each. It can be dropped by Hell niños, Stone golems, and Stone guardians or picked up from sparkly spots at the Damned Dunes.
Dragon Quest Treasures[edit | edit source]

Enchanted stone can be purchased from shops for 650 gold each or collected from nodes of ore in the Hinterquarters. It is mainly used for crafting pellets at the Werks or for scouting monsters.
