The Drakulard is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series. Introduced in Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past, they are bipedal dragons of noticeable girth.
Characteristics
Girthy grand green dragons with massive claws used for mashing enemies and smashing straight into the ground in order to cause outright earthquakes. Their burning breath hits a party of adventurers hard, getting increasingly hot as the battle goes on.
