Characteristics
Rampages are mountain goats with shaggy coats of blue fur with a pair of curved horns. They are more clever than their ovine brethren, having mastered Deceleratle to compensate for their relatively low agility. They're also more considerate, allowing chimaera and clockwork cuckoos to shelter in their shaggy fur during winter.
