Soothing Winds is a spell that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact. It is one of Kon the Knight's signature abilities, lulling enemies to sleep with a soporific cyclone.

Details
Soothing Winds can be learned by Kon at level 48 and costs 28 MP to cast. It has a range of three squares in front of Kon and inflicts moderate Woosh-type spell damage to all enemies in a range of three squares horizontally and rarely has a chance to put them to sleep.
