It's sold at shops in Spilton-on-Sea, Wetlock, Buccanham (Present) and The Sea Dragon. The platemail costs 7,000 Gold Coins and can be sold for 3,500.
Dragon Quest VII Reimagined edit
The Pillager's platemail increases maximum HP by 10 points, defence by 48 points, and deftness by 28 points. It can be equipped by the Hero and Aishe. It can only be obtained as a prize in the Lucky Panel minigame in present-day Pilgrim's Rest. It cannot be purchased, and it's sale price is 3250 gold coins.
