The Water Crest (Seal) is one of the 5 Crests in Dragon Quest II.

Location

The Water Crest is located in a prison cell in Hamlin. It can be found by searching the cell after defeating 2 Ozwargs. To get to the crest, the heroes must have the Golden Key and the Jailers Key.
