Characteristics
Angelo's ambitious half-brother returns whilst draped in the garb of the Lord High Priest in Memories Lane. Marcello in Memoriam thrives off of depriving the party of options with Fizzle and Disruptive Wave, along with casting a wave of death with Kathwack.
