Don Mole is a character first introduced in Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King and who later appeared in the Monsters games. A mole of prodigious size with an even bigger love for music, his misplaced confidence in his singing voice gives his henchmen no shortage of headaches.

Don Mole serves as the funky overseer of both the Monster Scout Tournament and the True Monster Scout Tournament in the game. This enormous papa figure to the mischievous moles is the godfather of moledom and the hip liege of the underground.
