Doleful Dirge requires 25 points to learn and 12 MP to use, and has a fixed accuracy of 2/3rds (67%) before a monster's resistance applies. It increases the strength of the party's elemental attacks by 40%, and stacks with Anathematise. It cannot be applied twice like other buff effects, and will last for 4~6 turns.
