A High djinks is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series.

Description

The High djinks looks like a purple genie wearing a turban and a blue vest.

Characteristics

Massive menacing monsters that think far too highly of their fantastical battle abilities. They love to hover above adventurers and come crashing down, causing catastrophic damage. Boasting a huge health pool and the ability to cast Kaswoosh, these grinning goons post a surprisingly frightful threat.

Field Notes A monstrous monarch who was sealed inside a magic lamp. He'll grant your wishes, but at a painful price. Though he's called a 'high' djinks, his position in the pecking order of powerful monsters is pretty low overall.
