The appropriately named Fantastic is a one-handed Wand that can mimic the effects of Snap, Crackle, Poof at the start of battle, rendering the party immune to ailments.

The fantastic is the reward for completing quest #50. In the vanilla versions of the game this is initiated by speaking to a man in the Cobblestone Tor in the third act and is completed by reading the inscription on the highest peak of Insular Centralis; in the Definitive Edition the quest is resolved by speaking to a man at Mount Pang Lai's summit and then reading an inscription at the zenith of Cobblestone Tor.
