The Brainy badboon is a monster in the series.

Characteristics edit

Brainy badboons are bulky, pink-furred primates with colorful face markings and posteriors. In their original appearance, they had purple fur instead. They have the ability to cast some debilitating magic on their enemies.

Description		Astute apes that weaken enemies with Dazzle and Kasap, then smack them silly. Whistle if you want to get them worked up. Big badboons who've breakfasted on raging rubies, giving them superhuman strength and a brain boost to boot.

Dragon Quest Tact edit

Brainy badboon appears as an A-rank monster of the Beast family as part of the True Dragon Quest II event in the Japanese version. It stars in its own Battle Road.

Dragon Quest Builders 2 edit

The enormous Brainy Badboon is the primary antagonist of Furrowfield, and serves as its final boss. It drops the leaf of life.
