Known as StormWind in this game, it is the upgraded form of TailWind and costs 10 MP. TailWind will grow into StormWind when the monster reaches level 19 and it has at least 140 HP, 126 Resilience, and 140 Agility.
Dragon Quest Monsters: Caravan Heart edit
Known as Wind Storm in the fan translation, it is the upgraded form of Fair Wind and costs 10 MP. Fair Wind will grow into Wind Storm when the monster reaches level 16 and it has at least 140 HP, 126 Resilience, and 140 Agility.
