The 'Seacow sallet is a helmet that appears in Dragon Quest VII. Owing to the game's nautical theme, the helmet is adorned with the fins of a fish.

Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past[edit | edit source]
The sallet can be purchased in the Sea Dragon's armor shop. It may be worn by the Hero, Ruff, and Aishe, and will increase defence and style by +40 and +26 respectively along with dropping the chance of being fizzled or confused to 25%. Ruff does not enjoy a wide selection of heavy-duty helmets for much of the game and it is advised to give him the sallet.
Dragon Quest VII Reimagined[edit | edit source]
The seacow sallet grants +48 defence, and reduces the chance of being fizzled by 80%, and also reduces the chance of being confused by 80%. It may be worn by the Hero, Ruff, and Aishe. The sallet can be purchased in the Sea Dragon's armor shop. It can also be obtained as a prize in the present-day Lucky Panel minigame in Pilgrim's Rest. It's purchase price is 8700 gold coins, and it's sale price is 4350 coins.
