Galen's House
Galen's House is a location in Alefgard in Dragon Quest III. It is the home of Galen, who is noted for playing the Lyre of Ire, and his parents. It is the precursor to the village of Galenholm, which would come to be built on the site in homage to the famous troubadour.

The Lyre of Ire is located in the house, although the residents give misleading hints which make it sound like the harp is with Galen, who is away from the house during the game

The home has been added to the list of Zoom points, the amount of treasure has increased, and there is a shell slime scuttling about, but beyond this not much has changed compared to past versions. During the ending sequence Galen is now shown returning home.
