The Terrornodon is a recurring monster in the Dragon Quest series, first appearing in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen.
It is a purple-skinned Pterosaur capable of casting instant death spells.

The Terrornodon appeared as a rare card exclusive for Demon Swordsman leaders in the 6th card pack, "A Symphony of Small Hope".
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- The Terrornodon has the distinction of only appearing in remake versions of Dragon Quest IV. It has a sprite and stats in the original Famicom version of the game, but it cannot actually be encountered anywhere. It shares this in common with four other monsters that can be encountered at sea: Axolotl, Glugworm, Mangler fish, and Maulrus.
