Evasive Impulse increases the agility of a monster that has less than half of it's maximum HP by 80% for 4~7 turns, and will also raise it's chance to dodge physical blows to 50% for 4~7 turns. These boost have a 10% chance to activate in single-player battles but will always trigger in multiplayer, happening once per bout in both cases.
