Blunt is known naturally by Alarmour and Stump champ at level 1 and can be learned by She-slime at level 16. It costs 9 MP to cast, has a range of three squares away from the caster, and greatly lowers a single target's ATK for 3 turns. It can also be taught to any unit by using an ability scroll.
