Katox is a spell that attempts to poison several targets.

Dragon Quest X
Katox can be learned when a Mage invests 35 points into the knives skilltree. It costs 6 MP, has a casting time of three seconds, and will infect a targeted monster and all others withing a 5 meter radius with a poison that deals 10 damage every 5 seconds.
Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince
Katox costs 8 MP and targets all enemies. It is learned through the Evil Genius, Mad Scientist, Toxicologist, and Vexologist talents.
