Oomphle is a support spell in the Dragon Quest series introduced in Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker. It is a sister spell to Oomph, and its effect varies depending on the game:
- In the Monsters Joker subseries, it raises attack by one stage for the entire party.
- In Dragon Quest XI, it raises attack by two stages for one character.

Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
Veronica and Sylvando will learn Oomphle at level 31 and 39 respectively, and can cast it for 8 MP. It increases the target's attack by 50% for 4~6 turns.

Oomphle can be learned from:
- Champion (70 points)
- Fortifier (100 points)
- Über Helpful (62 points)
- Wulfspade II (15 points)
- Wulfspade III (70 points)
