Dragon Quest IV
Erik learns mountainmover at level 42, and it costs 20 MP to cast. It will cause damage to enemies just before they take action for three turns, dealing 96~120 base damage and reaching 188~212 once the former thief's magical might hits 200.
- In the 3DS version the spell activates at the very beginning of combat, independent of turn order.
