Etymology

Barbatos is the name of a duke of hell described in the Lesser Key of Solomon, being described as a humanoid who can speak with animals, conciliates rulers, and predict the future. The demon's name is derived from the Latin Barbatus, meaning "Bearded". The localization team did their demonological homework, as this perfectly describes the monster.
