Gupta Gupha, a cave west of Aubout du Monde, is a dungeon in the world of Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen.
It is the site of the hidden alchemical laboratory used by Mahabala, and likely the place where he discovered the Secret of Evolution.

In Chapter 4, Maya and Meena Mahabala find the Sphere of Silence and Oojam.
In Chapter 5, the party learns that Mahabala had a secret laboratory in the cave which holds a Magic Key.
