Loch Tur (originally Loch Tower) is a tower dungeon in Dragon Quest IV: Chapters of the Chosen and the final visited location in Chapter 1.
It is accessible only by using the Talaria, but can be revisited in Chapters 5 & 6 using the balloon. The tower serves as the hideout where Psaro's Pawn has been holding kidnapped children.
