Intimidating is a monster trait that allows the possessor to frighten foes.

Dragon Quest Monsters: The Dark Prince[edit | edit source]
Intimidating is a passive trait that gives the possessor a 10% chance to stun the enemy party out of fear at the start of even-numbered turns, with the chance being 60% in multiplayer battles. The possessor cannot intimidate foes if it is confused, paralysed, sleeping, or stunned.
- Intimidating was nerfed December 27 2023 with the v1.0.3 update patch lowering the stun chance to 40%, before enemy resistance to stun is applied
