Dragon Quest X edit
The Iron broadsword has an Attack bonus of +17, a Style bonus of +3, increases the wielder's Weight by 3, and has an equipment level of 14. It can be equipped by Warriors, Gladiators, Paladins, Armamentalists, Fortune Tellers, Gadabouts, Demon Swordsmen, and Guardians
The sword can be crafted by a weapon blacksmith. In Version 6.2, the amount of materials to craft one were reduced. Previously, it required three chunks of iron ore and two chunks of copper ore.

Dragon Quest X Offline edit
The Iron broadsword has an Attack bonus of +17 and a Charm bonus of +3. It can be equipped by the Hero as a Warrior, Gladiator, Armamentalist, or Gadabout, as well as Hussar and Anlucia. It can purchased for 550 gold from various shops or crafted with the Fun-Size Forge.
- Recipe: Iron ore x3 + Copper ore x2

The recipe book I ♥ Iron Arms contains the recipe for the iron broasword. It is received as a reward for completing Quest #06: Smiths and Sparkly Spots in Hotto.

Dragon Quest Builders edit
The Iron broadsword has an Attack bonus of +26. It can be created at a sewing station. Rusty nuggets are required to make it.
Dragon Quest Builders 2 edit
The Iron broadsword has an Attack bonus of +50. It can be crafted at an anvil. The recipe is learned at level 15 and requires 3 Iron ingots.

Dragon Quest Tact edit
The Iron broadsword is a C-rank sword that can be received as a reward for completing the Swords: Intermediate or Advanced level. It has an ATK bonus of +4, a max HP bonus of +14, and has two slots for Alchemy Effects.
Dragon Quest Smash/Grow edit
The Iron broadsword is a 1★ Fire-elemental sword with an Attack bous of +26 at level 1. Its Coup de Grâce is Flame Slash and its starting Boon is Attack +3. The sword can be acquired randomly from any transmuter.
