Luminary's Lightning can be learned by Anlucia the Luminary at level 33 and costs 118 MP to cast. it has a range of two squares in front of her and inflicts major Zap-type spell damage to all enemies in a rectangular area of effect. Upgrading the spell increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to cast.
