The Azimuth is a small town in Dragon Quest IV.

It is an isolated settlement where the architecture is centered around a lake with successive, receding levels of stone, and all of the buildings are supported by external columns.

Azimuth is located on the Central Island, The Azimuth is said to be the nearest point to the sky, but also the nearest to the Doorway to Nadiria. One of the inhabitants believes he can hear the voice of God coming from the heavens.

To the east of the town is Baron's Folly, and to the south is the Stairway to Zenithia.
