Zere is the name of a town and region in Dragon Quest IX.
It is located north-northwest of Stornway. The layout of the village is similar to the shape of a heart. Zere trees, that look similar to sakura trees, are grown around the village, and there is a giant zere tree in the center of the village. Northwest of Zere is Doomingale Forest.
