It has an equipment level of 21 and can be equipped by Priests, Martial Artists, Paladins, Item Masters, and imp monster companions, as well as Hussar in the Offline version of the game.
It can be crafted by a weapon blacksmith or with the Fun-Size Forge. Starting with Version 6.2 of the Online version, the spear became easier to craft.
