Frost Fangs is a recurring greatsword skill in the series that charges the practitioner's blade with the power of bitter cold and has a chance to freeze foes in place.

Dragon Quest X [edit | edit source]
Frost Fangs can be used by Warriors, Gladiators, and Monster Masters by investing 76 points into their Greatswords skill. It costs 6 MP to perform. When used, it deals up to 140~180 damage to all enemies in the immediate vicinity of the user, and has 25% chance to stun them for one turn.
Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age[edit | edit source]
The Luminary and Hendrik can learn Frost Fangs through their Character Builder boards, and it now costs 10 MP. It deals up to 120~140 damage to an enemy group and can stun foes for one turn. Startle chance is based on the normal stun resistance and not ice resistance.
