Learned by Sailor at rank 4. It is not present in the 3DS version.

As it has exactly the same function as Eye for Distance, it only existed in Dragon Quest VII (PSX version) that had an extended list of abilities, some of them sharing the same effects.
For later instances of DQVII, both abilities were not included as it would not work with the 3D overworlds.
