Black Mark is an enemy-only skill that can be used by Mordegon, the Lord of Shadows, and Mordragon when they are both pepped up. It creates a sigil that causes damage to the party before they take action for several turns.
Dragon Quest Tact
Black Mark is an enemy-only skill that can be used by Mordegon Lord of Shadows during his Mega Boss Battle and costs 80 MP to use. It inflicts major martial damage to all enemies and generates hellish lightning throughout the entire stage for two turns. Any units caught in the hellish lightning will take damage.
