Appearances
Dragon Quest VI
Known as Backdraft in this installment, the skill is learned by reaching rank 8 of the Ranger vocation. The skill works only once per use, but covers the whole party. In addition to all fire and ice breath attacks, Pyre o' Fire, Sweet Breath, Burning Breath, and Poison Breath will be reflected as well.
Dragon Quest VII
Badraft is learned by reaching rank 2 of the Pirate, and 4 of the Hero, rank 7 of the Vigilantern, and rank 3 of the Prism Peacock vocations. It functions identically to the version seen in VI.
Dragon Quest IX
This ability is learned with 13 skill points allocated into Fan skill, and will reflect fire, ice, and poison breath for 6~9 turns.
