Deceleratle Blade can be learned by Sintaur at level 28, Graveheart at level 32, and Gyldenaut at Level 34, costing 36 MP to use. It has a range of two squares in front of the user and inflicts 175% potency physical damage to all enemies in a range of three squares horizontally, as well as having a chance to reduce their AGL for three turns.
