Dragon Quest Tact
Spinning Wheel can be learned by Dark brownie at level 44 and Great troll at level 51 and costs 52 MP to use. It deals 250% potency physical damage to all enemies in a radius of 1 around it. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the MP it costs to use.
