Angel Eyes
Angel Eyes is an ability that can be learned by Angelo in Dragon Quest VIII. When used, he sweeps his hair back and delivers a breathtaking stare at a single enemy. By using his good looks, Angelo can inflict damage on an enemy and even has a chance to paralyze them in their tracks.

Angel Eyes can be learned by allocating 19 skill points into his Charisma skill. It costs 4 MP to use and inflicts around 15~28 points of damage to one enemy, as well as having a 12.5% chance to inflict paralysis on them. It will eventually be upgraded into Charming Look if Angelo has invests 81 points into Charisma.
