Paralysing Swordplay is a recurring skill in the Dragon Quest series. It delivers a series of consecutive sword slashes that can leave an enemy paralyzed.

Dragon Quest XI

Paralysing Swordplay can be used by Gyldenauts, Vicious gyldenauts, and Calasmonauts. It attacks a single character three times and has a chance to inflict paralysis. When used, the in-game text states that the user "demonstrates some truly jaw-dropping swordsmanship".

Dragon Quest Tact

Paralysing Swordplay can be learned by Gyldenaut at level 22 and costs 28 MP to use. It inflicts 32% potency physical damage to a single enemy six times and has a chance to inflict paralysis.
