Dragon Quest Monsters
Called Paralyze in this game, this ability can be learned by various monsters. It requires the monster to be at least level 9, with 63 HP, 54 strength, and 54 intelligence and already know the PoisonHit and NapAttack abilities.

Paralyze has the same requirements as in Dragon Quest Monsters except that the intelligence requirement is now 98.
