Dragon Quest VII
In the 3DS version, Miracle Slash is learned by advancing to rank 8 of the Armamentalist vocation or rank 2 of the Hero vocation.
Dragon Quest VIII
Miracle Slash is a sword technique that both the the Hero and Angelo can learn. It requires 82 skill points by the Hero, and 66 skill points by Angelo.
Dragon Quest IX
This ability is learned with 35 skill points invested into Sword skill.
Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age
Miracle slash now restores a minimum of 20 HP when performed, and costs 4 MP to use. The Hero, Erik, and Sylvando will learn the skill for 16 points.
