Rain of Thunder can be learned by Bianca at level 52 and costs 42 MP to use. It has a range of up to two squares away from her in any direction and deals 94% potency Zap-type physical damage to one enemy three times. Upgrading the abilities increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
