Storm Claw can be learned by Draguar at level 54 and Great sabrecub with the Talent Blossoming sidequest. It costs 39 MP to use and inflicts 285% potency Woosh-type physical damage to a single enemy. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
