The True Devil is a skill that appears exclusively in Dragon Quest Tact and is one of Meena's signature abilities, drawing out and unleashing the Tarot Card of the same name with it's true power awakened to punish her foes with a shadowy blast that makes them more vulnerable to further punishment.

The True Devil is known naturally by Meena whenever she's under the Wheel of Fortune state and costs 95 MP to use. It inflicts major Zam-type martial damage to all enemies in a 3x3 square in front of her and also raises the damage the targets take for 3 turns. Upgrading the ability increases its damage and reduces the amount of MP it costs to use.
