It is one of the signature abilities of King Godwyn's True Form, sending out a shockwave of evil energy that curses nearby enemies if he is defeated in battle.

Dragon Quest Tact edit
Grave Grievance is already known by King Godwyn's True Form at level 1 through his basic perk of the same name. It will trigger if he is attacked and KO'd by an enemy, cursing all enemies in a large rhombus area around him at no MP cost.
