Needle Rain is learned by Angelo when the ex-templar masters the bow section of his skill tree. It costs but one MP to perform, and will fire 3~4 arrows at random enemies--each arrow has a 1/16 chance to instantly kill the target and will deal 1 damage if the target is not killed.
