Spitting Feathers is an avian spin on the death-by-a-thousand-cuts maneuver that, despite the name, thankfully doesn't deplete the birds of their plumage.

Spitting Feathers is learned only by Elysium birds and Hades condors. It costs just MP and will deal piecing damage to any enemy in front of the monster; enemies that are closer will be damaged multiple times.
