Trivia

  • Several characters' artwork depicts them wearing a variation of wayfarer's clothes:
    • Both the male and female Hero in Dragon Quest III wear them. Sometimes their capes are colored purple instead of blue.
    • Alena is garbed in a yellow version with a blue cape.
    • Both Parry and Madchen have a child-sized version; the former with a tattered blue outfit, the latter with a well-tended lilac outfit.
  • Wayfarer's clothes are one of the few items in the series whose price has stayed consistent in every game they have appeared.
