It attempts to blind the target party and will reduce their accuracy to 5⁄8 (62.5%), making it slightly less effective per enemy in exchange for it's wider range. Typically, the effects last for 1~2 turns.

Dazzleflash is learned by several monster companions such as the Dracky and Man o' war. In its debut the skill is virtually identical to Dazzle and causes the same effects for a 1~2 turns.
