Terry appears in {{DQH}} as one of the 9 otherworldly characters, and the sole representative of VI. His appearance in this game takes place during his search for the world's strongest sword, sometime before he joins the [[Hero (Dragon Quest VI)|Hero]] of his own title. The blue swordsman is first introduced in the city of Colissea, engaging in a duel against the main antagonist of the game, [[Velasco]], until the fight gets interrupted by the protagonists, which prompts the villain to retreat mid-battle.
